教师培训需求分析是教师培训的前提和基础。本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法对参加培训的中小学骨干教师的培训需求进行调查,了解到不同年龄、教龄的中小学骨干教师对培训内容、培训形式、培训者等方面的需求,分析传统培训中存在的问题,并提出若干建议。
Teacher training needs analysis is the prerequisite and foundation of teacher training. This study investigated the training needs of primary and secondary school teachers who participated in the training by using questionnaire and interviews, and learned the needs of primary and secondary school key teachers of different ages and teaching ages for training contents, training forms and trainers, and analyzed the traditional Training problems, and made a number of recommendations.
