随着国内市场竞争的加剧,我国汽车行业传统的利润链模式中心已开始向第三环节推移,利润丰厚而开发不足汽车售后服务业将成为汽车生产企业争夺的焦点,并由此驶入快车道。本文从分析当前我国汽车售后服务业的问题,从而探讨汽车售后服务业的发展。
With the intensification of competition in the domestic market, the traditional profit chain model center of China’s auto industry has started to shift to the third stage, lucrative and underdeveloped automobile after-sales service industry will become the focus of competition for automobile manufacturers, and thus into the fast lane . This article analyzes the current problems of China’s automobile after-sales service industry, so as to discuss the development of automobile after-sales service.
