文章对怒江地方花魔芋资源的增产性(生育期、重量增长率、繁殖倍数)和软腐病抗性进行了试验观察和测定分析。结果表明,在受干旱影响下,怒江花魔芋试验材料生育期157~163 d,平均为160.68 d,重量增长率(膨胀率)为49.58%,繁殖倍数为4.77,生育期比对照材料(永胜花魔芋)长0.84 d、重量增长率高3.29个百分点、繁殖倍数高0.25倍,表明怒江花魔芋增产性比对照稍强。怒江花魔芋试验材料茎干离体接种24 h病斑长为6.92 cm,比对照短2.02 cm,接种48 h后无区别;叶片离体接种24 h病斑面积为0.46 cm~2,比对照材料(富源花魔芋)小0.45 cm~2,接种48 h为4.03 cm~2,比对照材料小2.61 cm~2,表明怒江花魔芋对软腐病病原菌敏感,无抗病能力,但耐病性比对照材料强。试验结果可以为怒江花魔芋的开发利用提供参考。
The article made an experiment observation and determination analysis on the yield-increasing (growth stage, weight growth rate, multiplication ratio) and soft rot resistance of Amorphophallus konjac resources in Nujiang area.
