以“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”为办学方针的高职院校与普通高校相比,其社会服务的职能更为突出、意义更为重要。社会服务能力是高职院校教师的重要能力之一。本文从高职院校教师服务社会能力的内涵入手,分析了制约高职院校教师社会服务能力提升的因素,进而从思想观念、机制创新、校企合作等方面提出了高职院校教师社会服务能力的提升途径。
In order to “service for the purpose of employment-oriented ” as the guiding principle of higher vocational colleges compared with ordinary colleges and universities, its social service functions more prominent, the significance is even more important. Social service ability is one of the important capabilities of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
