目的 :探讨局灶性脑缺血不同时相大鼠大脑皮质神经细胞凋亡的变化 .方法 :采用DNA原位末端标记TUNEL技术 ,检测了局灶性脑缺血后 1,3,6 ,12h大鼠大脑皮质的凋亡神经元数 .结果 :正常组及缺血后 1,3,6 ,12h神经元凋亡数分别为 7± 2 ,37± 7,49± 5 ,6 3± 7,89± 7,表明缺血随时间延长 ,凋亡神经元数进行性增多 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :缺血可致大脑皮质神经元凋亡 ,且损害随时间延长而加重
Objective: To investigate the changes of neuronal apoptosis in cerebral cortex of rats with focal cerebral ischemia in different phases.Methods: TUNEL technique was used to detect the changes of neuronal apoptosis in cerebral cortex at 1, 3, 6, 12 h after focal cerebral ischemia The number of apoptotic neurons in cerebral cortex of rats were measured.Results: The number of apoptotic neurons in normal group, 1, 3, 6 and 12 hours after ischemia were 7 ± 2, 37 ± 7, 49 ± 5 and 63 ± 7, 89 ± 7, indicating that ischemia prolonged the number of apoptotic neurons progressively increased (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Ischemia can cause neuronal apoptosis in the cerebral cortex, and the damage aggravates with the passage of time
