Objective: To explore the correlation between training burnout and social support and coping style of recruits in a certain unit in. Methods: One hundred and twenty-eight recruits from a certain army stationed in Xinjiang were recruited in a random cluster. The self-assessment questionnaires of recruits burnout, simple coping style questionnaire and social support scale of military service were used to evaluate their mental health. According to training burnout score The average scores were added and subtracted by 1 standard deviation. There were 76 cases of low burnout group and 73 cases of high burnout group. The difference between the two groups’ simple coping style questionnaire and the evaluation results of military social support scale were compared, and the influencing factors of training burnout were analyzed. Results: The subjective scores of subjective support, subjective support, objective support, supportive utilization and social support were significantly lower than those of low burnout (P <0.01) and negative coping scores were significantly higher than that of low burnout <0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the factors of training burnout (psychosomatic exhaustion, training alienation, low sense of achievement) were significantly and positively correlated with the total score of social support and all dimensions (objective support, subjective support and support utilization) (P <0.01) , Negatively correlated with positive coping style (P <0.01), and negative coping style showed a very significant positive correlation (P <0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that subjective support, negative coping, positive coping and supportive utilization entered regression equation with training burnout total score as dependent variable (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Subjective support, negative coping, positive coping and supportive utilization are significantly correlated with recruits burnout.
