采用实验性蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)大鼠模型 ,以荧光分光光度法研究尼莫地平 (Nim)对 SAH后脑皮质内去甲肾上腺素 (NE) ,多巴胺 (DA) ,5-羟色胺 (5- HT)和 5-羟吲哚乙酸 (5- HIAA)等水平的影响 .结果显示 ,SAH后 48h脑皮质内 NE,5- HT和5- HIAA的水平均显著升高 ,Nim(1 .0 mg· kg-1ip,术前 1 h开始注射 ,每 6h重复 1次 ,共计 9次 )可明显降低 SAH后脑皮质内 NE ,5- HT和 5-HIAA的水平 ;DA的水平均无明显变化 .结果说明Nim可有效改善 SAH后脑皮质内单胺递质的代谢紊乱
The experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) rat model was used to study the effect of nimodipine on the content of norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA), serotonin (5) - HT) and 5- (5-HIAA) levels in the cerebral cortex were detected at 48 h after SAH, and the levels of NE, 5- HT and 5- HIAA in cerebral cortex were significantly increased at 48 h after SAH. The levels of Nim (1 .0 mg · kg-1 ip, injected 1 h before surgery and repeated every 6 h for 9 times) could significantly decrease the levels of NE, 5-HT and 5-HIAA in cerebral cortex after SAH. There was no significant change in the level of DA. The results show that Nim can effectively improve the metabolism of monoamine neurotransmitters in the cerebral cortex after SAH
