一般来说,一些老师在考试这根指挥棒的指挥下,对后进生恨铁不成钢的心理很严重,说话时常常流露出对这些学生的厌恶或不满情绪,由此而影响了学生正常的心理发展。综述之有两种情况。一、讽刺挖苦。一位同事讲过这样的事情:课堂上一位学生举手发言答错了题,老师随口一句:“幸亏你不会,要是会你能举三只手。”学生被羞辱坐下,满面通红,极难为情。课堂上,后进生能积极动脑筋举手发言,这本来是很可贵的,它有利于老师及时发现学生的知识缺陷,进一步改进教学方法,老师应真诚地给予鼓励。即使答错了,也是正常的。而这位教师用辛辣的语言,把学生刚刚萌动的求知欲望一下子给扼杀了。还有的教师为“制服”
