目的 :观察氨甲喋呤配米索前列醇终止早孕的疗效。方法 :应用氨甲喋呤肌肉注射配阴道内放置米索前列醇 ,对停经天数在 3 5～ 60天间的 5 1例早孕者进行终止妊娠 ,评估其有效性和安全性。结果 :流产总有效率为 92 2 %,其中完全流产率为88 3 %,失败率为 7 8%,流产后阴道出血时间平均为 10天 ,未发现有明显的并发症。结论 :氨甲喋呤配伍米索前列醇为当今药物流产提供了另一种安全有效的方案
Objective: To observe the curative effect of methotrexate with misoprostol on termination of early pregnancy. Methods: Mettimone was administered intramuscularly with misoprostol in the vagina to terminate the pregnancy of 51 premenopausal women with amenorrhea days between 35 and 60 days to evaluate their effectiveness and safety. Results: The total effective rate of abortion was 92.2%. The complete abortion rate was 88.3% and the failure rate was 7.8%. The average vaginal bleeding time after abortion was 10 days. No obvious complication was found. Conclusion: Methotrexate with misoprostol offers another safe and effective option for today’s medical abortion
