目的 :探讨呆聪液对老龄大鼠痴呆模型脑M受体的作用。方法 :选用 2 2月龄的老龄大鼠 ,采用双侧电解损毁基底核法 ,造成学习和记忆功能障碍的痴呆动物模型 ,观察了呆聪液对该动物模型脑M受体合成的影响。结果 :呆聪液的两个不同剂量试验组对老龄大鼠痴呆模型脑M受体的作用与老龄大鼠痴呆模型对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,但两个不同剂量试验组的呆聪液对老龄大鼠痴呆模型脑M受体的作用与脑复康对照组比较差异也有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中药呆聪液具有明显提高老龄大鼠痴呆模型脑M受体数目的作用 (P <0 0 1)和提高脑M受体的亲和力 (P <0 0 1) ,改善老龄大鼠痴呆模型学习和记忆功能障碍 ,其作用优于脑复康
Objective : To investigate the effect of Daicong solution on brain M receptor in aged rats with dementia. METHODS : A 22-month-old, aged rat was selected and bilateral basal ganglia was used to destroy the basal ganglia. This resulted in a dementia animal model of learning and memory dysfunction. The effect of Daicong Solution on brain M receptor synthesis in this animal model was observed. Results: The effect of two different doses of Daicong Solution on the brain M receptor in the dementia model of aged rats was significantly different from that of the aged rats with dementia model (P < 0.01), but two different doses. The effect of Daicong liquid in the experimental group on brain M receptor in the dementia model of aged rats was also significantly different from that in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Daicong Solution can significantly increase the number of brain M receptors in the dementia model of old rats (P < 0.01) and increase the affinity of brain M receptor (P <0 01). It can improve the dementia model in aged rats. Learning and memory dysfunction, its role is better than brain rehabilitation
