高职院校是高等教育重要组成部分,高职院校多数都2000年以后中专院校升格为高职院校,全国高职院校发展也不均衡,高职院校学生素质也参差不齐。高职院校学生基本素质不高,学习无兴趣这是高职院校学生基本特征,传统的高职院校学生管理模式已经不适应现代高职学生发展,探索新的教学管理者制度,提升管理者水平,培养社会需要的高职毕业生,提高学生综合创新能力。
