本文介绍用高压液相色谱法(HPLC)检测D-葡萄糖经高压消毒后产生的二种酸:5-羟甲基糠酸和呋喃-2,5-二羧酸。利用它们的UV和离子对反相HPLC的层析行为进行鉴别。文中叙述了所用标准品的合成法以及产生此酸的反应机制以及特性。5%W/vD-葡萄糖水溶液,在密封安瓿瓶中,置空气加热室中加热一定时间,或置输液器中高压消毒。这两种分解方法产生相同的产物。将此合D-葡萄糖和降解产物的溶液立即注射到层析柱上。
This article describes the use of high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection D-glucose autoclaved after the two kinds of acid: 5-hydroxymethyl furoic acid and furan-2,5-dicarboxylic acid. Chromatographic behavior of reversed-phase HPLC was identified using their UV and ion. The article describes the synthesis of standards used and the reaction mechanism and characteristics of the acid produced. 5% W / v D-glucose solution in a sealed ampoule, heated in the air heating chamber for a certain period of time, or high pressure in the infusion set disinfection. Both decomposition methods produce the same product. Immediately inject this solution of D-glucose and degradation products onto the column.
