讨论肝癌破裂出血的诊断及治疗。方法：对我院1965～1996年共收治的37例原发性肝癌破裂出血的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：原发性肝癌破裂出血，急诊肝切除手术的止血效果良好。结论：原发性肝癌破裂出血治疗的关键是控制出血和维持肝脏功能。
Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The clinical data of 37 cases of primary liver cancer rupture bleeding from 1965 to 1996 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The hemorrhage of primary liver cancer and the hemostasis effect of emergency hepatectomy were good. Conclusion: The key to the treatment of hemorrhage in primary liver cancer is to control bleeding and maintain liver function.
