在全球“能源荒”愈演愈烈,石油企业利润不断攀升的大好背景下,行业优秀人才却仍然相对缺乏,人才结构性问题没有得到解决。薪酬管理的不规范和不科学性成为困扰人力资源管理水平持续的障碍之一。研究现代石油企业薪酬管理提高人力资源规划,有着重大的实践意义。
In the context of the global “energy shortage” intensified and the rising profits of oil companies, the outstanding talents in the industry are still relatively scarce and the structural problems of talents have not been solved. The non-standard and unscientific management of salary has become one of the obstacles that disturb the level of human resources management. It is of great practical significance to study the salary management of modern petroleum enterprises and to improve the human resources planning.
