采用正交试验法对高能球磨制备纳米WC-Co复合粉的工艺参数进行了优化。试验表明,球料比为15:1、球径8 mm和12 mm的球比1:1,球磨介质为12 ml无水乙醇及球磨机转速为250 r/min,有利于细化WC-Co复合粉末。
Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the process parameters of nanometer WC-Co composite powder prepared by high energy ball milling. The results showed that the ball ratio of 15: 1, the ball ratio of 8 mm and 12 mm were 1: 1, the milling medium was 12 ml absolute ethanol and the ball mill speed was 250 r / min, which was conducive to refining the WC-Co composite powder.
