在没进健身房之前,打死我也不信健身会有如此神奇的功效。由于工作压力较大,我以前认为解除疲惫的方法就是美美吃一顿,好好睡一觉。可听朋友介绍说,其实疲惫可以从源头缓解,健身可以增强体质,减少疲惫的机率,在硬着头皮进了健身房又咬着牙坚持了几个月之后,现在的感觉可谓一身轻松。女人比男人更懂得保养,更注意健康。种类健身运动在女性中的风靡,开始是因为它能迅速改变和塑造体形,将自己的美好一面示人。随着对健身的更深一层认识,她们开始真正关心起自己的健康来。女性的健康美丽对整个社会环境注入的蓬勃生机意义重大,但愿更多美丽的女士走进健身房,走出的时候更漂亮。
