In order to celebrate the 10-year cooperation between China and Pakistan, the China-Brazil bilateral academic conference was held in Beijing on September 22-23, 1989. On September 21, the representative of Niobium Company of Brazil received the visit from the Institute of Iron and Steel Research and other comrades and visited the Institute of Iron and Steel Research. After the meeting, representatives of Brazil visited Anshan Iron and Steel Company, Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, Baoji Petroleum Pipe Plant and other units. Participated in the meeting are the Ministry of Metallurgy, China Metals Society, Anshan Iron and Steel Company, Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant, Steel Research
