Pseudomonasarcomatous squamous cell carcinoma (PASCC) is a malignant tumor characterized by sarcomatoid features, which is rare in clinic and has a poor prognosis. PASCC microscopic features of squamous cell loosening to form a grid-like structure, easily misdiagnosed as angiosarcoma, a high degree of malignancy [1]. PASCC occurred in the skin, lung, breast, chest, bladder, cervix and other parts [1-3]. Horie et al [3] first reported cervical PASCC in 1999, and then rarely reported. This article reports a case of cervical PASCC, and review the literature to further explore its clinical and pathological features. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data Patients Female, 56 years old.
