目的考察长白山产紫草的化学成分。方法石油醚加热回流提取,硅胶柱层析和制备硅胶薄层分离,重结晶得到单体化合物,利用理化性质及波谱学方法鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别是去氧紫草素、β,β-二甲基丙烯酰紫草素、乙酰紫草素、2,3-二甲基戊烯酰紫草素和紫草素。结论去氧紫草素、β,β-二甲基丙烯酰紫草素、乙酰紫草素、2,3-二甲基戊烯酰紫草素和紫草素均为在长白山产紫草植物中首次发现。所得化学成分均为长白山产紫草与道地紫草所共有。
Objective To investigate the chemical components of Lithospermum in Changbai Mountain. Methods The petroleum ether was refluxed by heating, separated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative silica gel thin layer chromatography. The compounds were obtained by recrystallization. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopy. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as deoxy shikonin, β, β-dimethylacryl shikonin, acetyl shikonin, 2,3-dimethylpentenoyl shikonin and comfrey Prime Conclusions Deoxysizonol, β, β-dimethylacrylshikonin, acetylshikonin, 2,3-dimethylpentenoyl shikonin and shikonin are all the most important components of comfrey Found for the first time. The resulting chemical composition is commensally produced by Lithospermum and Changbai in Changbai Mountain.
