在实际的板带轧制生产过程中,轧件内部的金属流动情况是很难通过实验的方法得到。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力分析软件,在热连轧过程中张力对轧件内部的金属流动影响进行了有限元模拟。对板带材轧制过程中节点的位移矢量和轧制力进行分析,得出了张力对轧件内部金属流动的影响规律,计算结果与现场数据基本吻合,可以为轧制工艺的制定提供参考依据。
In the actual strip rolling production process, the rolling metal flow inside the metal is difficult to experimentally obtained. Using ANSYS / LS-DYNA explicit dynamic analysis software, the influence of tension on the metal flow in the rolling process during hot strip rolling was simulated by finite element method. The influence of tension on the internal metal flow in the rolling process was analyzed by analyzing the displacement vector and the rolling force of the joint during the strip rolling process.
