应用层次分析法在人为因素、机械设备、安全管理和应急求援等4方面进行分析和研究,确立地下轨道火灾危险性的评价体系,探讨利用模糊数学理论对其进行定量综合评价的方法和过程。实例分析表明利用模糊综合评价法对预测地下轨道火灾事故进行综合评价具有较强的实用性。研究结果也为长春地铁1号线与2号线的建立与运行提供一定的理论基础。
Analyzes and researches four aspects of human factors, mechanical equipment, safety management and emergency assistance using AHP, establishes the evaluation system of underground rail fire risk, and discusses the method and process of using fuzzy mathematics theory to quantitatively evaluate it. The case study shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is of great practicability for the comprehensive evaluation of predicting underground orbit fire accidents. The results also provide some theoretical basis for the establishment and operation of Changchun Metro Line 1 and Line 2.
