冶金桥式起重机的端梁经常出现开裂现象,开裂的主要原因是由于附加的侧向啃轨力。但是侧向啃轨力很难用检测的方法直接测量出来,这就造成对端梁开裂修复方案评价的困难。采用将现场检测与有限元分析技术相结合的方法有效地计算出侧向啃轨力的大小,并将其应用于修复方案的评估之中。
Metallurgy overhead girder end beams often cracking phenomenon, the main reason for cracking is due to the additional lateral rail-gnawing force. However, it is difficult to measure the lateral gnawing force directly with the test method, which causes the difficulty in evaluating the cracking plan of the end beam. The method of combining on-site inspection and finite element analysis is used to calculate the lateral gnawing force and to apply it to the assessment of the rehabilitation plan.
