基于2450MHz微波频率的离体肝肿瘤消融在实验和临床治疗中已经取得了较好的成果。本文研究基于433MHz频率的微波消融系统,重点探索性设计433MHz水冷微波消融天线,从仿真和实验两方面研究此微波消融天线在离体猪肝中形成的消融区域和温度场分布,为新频段大体积恶性肝肿瘤的适形消融治疗提供一定理论和实验基础。实验中比较了不同微波功率下消融区域的形态和大小,同时动态测量了不同测温点的温度变化情况。结果表明,433MHz微波天线形成的消融区域呈现类葫芦形或近钥匙形,消融长径约为短径的2~3倍,且能在短时间内较快形成最大横径。
Ablation of isolated liver tumors based on the microwave frequency of 2450MHz has achieved good results in the experimental and clinical treatment. In this paper, the microwave ablation system based on 433MHz frequency is studied, and the 433MHz water-cooled microwave ablation antenna is mainly explored emphatically. From the simulation and experiment, the ablation area and temperature distribution of the microwave ablation antenna in isolated porcine liver are studied. Volume of malignant liver tumor congenital ablation therapy to provide some theoretical and experimental basis. The morphology and size of the ablation zone under different microwave powers were compared in the experiment, and the temperature changes at different temperature measurement points were measured dynamically. The results show that the ablation area formed by the 433MHz microwave antenna shows a gourd-shaped or nearly-key shape with an ablation length of about 2 to 3 times the short diameter and a faster maximum diameter in a short time.
