目的:观察破壁富铬松花粉对小鼠的降血糖作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为阴性对照组(纯化水)和低、中、高3个剂量组,分别给予0.25、0.5、1.5 g/kg体重,相当于人体临床用量的5,10,30倍。结果:与阴性对照组比较,富铬松花粉高剂量组能明显降低四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的2 h时相血糖含量及血糖曲线下面积,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:破壁富铬松花粉有降低血糖功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic effects of chrome-rich pine pollen on mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into negative control group (purified water) and low, medium and high doses of 3 doses of 0.25, 0.5, 1.5 g / kg body weight, equivalent to 5,10,30 times the human clinical dose . Results: Compared with the negative control group, the high chromium rich pine pollen dose group could significantly reduce the phase blood glucose content and the area under the curve of blood glucose at 2 h in alloxan-induced diabetic mice, the differences were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Broken chrome-rich pine pollen has the effect of lowering blood glucose.
