在新医改形式下,人力资源已经成为了医院获取经济效益和创造社会价值的主要因素。从目前情况看,我国医院在进行人力资源管理时,经常会遇到各种各样的问题。对此,医院要改变传统的观念,找到合理的管理方法。本文首先分析了我国医院在人力资源管理过程中容易遇到的种种问题,然后提出了我国医院改善人力资源管理的主要方法,希望能在一定程度上推动各大医院的发展。
Under the new medical reform, human resources have become the main factor for hospitals to obtain economic benefits and create social values. From the current situation, our hospitals often encounter various problems when carrying out human resources management. In this regard, the hospital should change the traditional concept, find a reasonable management method. This paper first analyzes the problems that hospitals in our country easily encounter in the process of human resource management, and then puts forward the main methods to improve human resource management in our country, hoping to promote the development of major hospitals to a certain extent.
