相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的广泛应用,为实现智能电网的动态安全监控提供了数据基础,其动态行为是系统安全控制的关键。然而经分析,在系统动态情况下,一方面,传统的离散傅里叶变换(discrete Fouriertransform,DFT)算法会因频谱泄漏产生误差,引起振荡分析错误;另一方面,在广域测量系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)中,子站PMU将相量上传主站时,有可能发生频率混叠,影响基于PMU的各种应用。数字滤波器的应用可以解决上述2个问题。首先阐述含有数字滤波器的PMU系统框架;其次分析动态下相量计算及相量上传中的问题,并论证数字滤波器解决上述问题的可行性,指出数字滤波器的必要性;然后揭示数字滤波器选取对不同应用的影响;最后给出仿真算例。
The wide application of phasor measurement unit (PMU) provides the data foundation for the dynamic safety monitoring of smart grid. Its dynamic behavior is the key of system security control.
