在中国古典诗学中,孔子曾提出“山水比德”说,这是借自然山水将“士人君子”的人格品行形象化。后人却将其推向一种简单的比附,其结果使丰富多变的意象世界变得单调而乏味。梁宗岱在《象征主义》一文中,通过对源于西方的“象征”这一概念术语的中国化诠释,提出“象征”与“兴”的关联性。梁宗岱将“象征主义”置于现代诗学的前沿,具有一种世界视野与包容的襟怀,这对我们今天的诗学发展具有重要的启示作用。
In classical Chinese poetics, Confucius once proposed that “the landscape is better than one” and said that this is a natural landscape that characterizes the personality of “gentleman”. Descendants push it to a simple match, the result of the rich and varied image of the world become monotonous and boring. In his article Symbolism, Liang Zongdai put forward the connection between “Symbol ” and “Xing ” through the Chinese interpretation of the term “symbol” originating from the West. Liang Zongdai put “Symbolism ” in the front of modern poetics, with a world view and tolerance, which is of great enlightenment for the development of today’s poetics.
