安徽省贵池市秋浦河古名秋浦江,源于祁门县,流经石台县,经矶滩入贵池市境内,横穿高坦、灌口、殷汇等12个乡镇,全长149km,流域面积2200km~2,其中贵池市境内1196km~2,占该市总面积的47.5％,现有耕地1.82万hm~2,人口22万余人,是池州地区及贵池市的第一大河。1997年夏,秋浦河流域多次遭受特大暴雨袭击,造成直接经济损失达7.28亿元。
