模糊控制技术是智能控制技术的一个分支,以其简单、实用、有效等特点成为当今控制领域关注的一个热点。随着模糊控制技术应用研究的深入发展,为水泥工业自动化展现了一个良好的发展前景。 模仿人类思维,凭经验、知识推理 模糊控制是建立在人类思维模糊性基础之上的。它能较好地仿效和描述人的思维方式,总结和反映人的经验,对复杂事物和系统可进行模糊度量、模糊识别、模糊推理和模糊决策。模糊控制具有智能性,它不仅可以采纳专家知识或熟练操作者的成熟经验,推导出适当的控制输出,而且即便采用不同的知识和经验来对同一个被控对象进行设计,也能实现良好的控制要求。更为重要的是,模糊控制还具有自学性,模糊规则和合成推理通过学习可不断更新。
Fuzzy control technology is a branch of intelligent control technology. With its simple, practical and effective characteristics, fuzzy control becomes a hot spot in the control field today. With the further development of application of fuzzy control technology, it has shown a good prospect for cement industry automation. Imitate human thinking, based on experience and knowledge reasoning, fuzzy control is based on human’s thinking ambiguity. It can imitate and describe the human way of thinking well, summarize and reflect people’s experience, and make fuzzy measure, fuzzy identification, fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy decision for complex things and systems. Fuzzy control is intelligent. It can not only adopt expert knowledge or mature experience of skilled operators, derive proper control output, but even if different knowledge and experience are used to design the same controlled object, it can achieve good Control requirements. More importantly, fuzzy control is also self-learning, fuzzy rules and synthetic reasoning can be constantly updated through learning.
