随着教育改革的逐渐深入,对学生主观能动性的培养要求也更加广泛的渗透到普通高校各学科的教育教学中。体育教育作为高校教育的重要组成部分,亦承担着培养学生主观能动性的重要作用。但是,在实际的体育教学过程中,不管是教师、学校,还是学生自身都忽略了主观能动性的培养。基于此,本研究追根溯源,从大学生体育锻炼主观能动性问题产生的原因入手,寻找普通高校大学生体育锻炼主观能动性培养的路径。
With the gradual deepening of education reform, students’ subjective initiative requirements are also more widely penetrated into the education and teaching of all disciplines in colleges and universities. As an important part of college education, physical education also plays an important role in cultivating students’ subjective initiative. However, in actual physical education teaching process, teachers, schools and students ignore the cultivation of subjective initiative. Based on this, this study traced back to the source, starting from the causes of the problem of subjective initiative of college students physical activity, looking for ways to cultivate the subjective initiative of college students physical exercise.
