针对某跨海大桥空心板板底出现有规律的纵向裂缝,运用薄壁结构理论对薄壁空心板进行畸变分析,结合能量法和有限条法计算活载作用下薄壁空心板的畸变应力,并对现行空心板标准图的畸变进行了验算,同时进行了现场荷载试验,理论分析结果和试验结果证明薄壁结构的畸变效应是导致空心板板底出现纵向裂缝的主要原因。
Aiming at the regular longitudinal cracks in the hollow slab bottom of a trans-sea bridge, the thin-walled hollow slab is analyzed by the thin-wall structure theory, the distortion stress of the thin-walled hollow slab is calculated by the energy method and the finite strip method, The distortion of the standard hollow slab is checked, and the field load test is carried out at the same time. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the distortion effect of the thin-walled structure is the main cause of the longitudinal crack in the hollow slab bottom.
