以饱和为工质,在方形折流板管壳式换热器试件上,对壳侧流体换热特性进行了试验研究。分析了冷却水和流量的改变对传热系数的影响;并通过与常用求取管外换热系数公式的对比,拟合出了适合于该实验的凝结换热准则式。
Taking the saturated working fluid as the working fluid, the heat transfer characteristics of the fluid in the shell side of the square baffle shell and tube heat exchanger were studied. The influence of the change of cooling water and the flow rate on the heat transfer coefficient was analyzed. Compared with the commonly used formulas for calculating the heat transfer coefficient outside the tube, the criterion of heat transfer for condensation was fitted out.
