1985年9儿我区连续发生多起误食野蘑菇(野蕈)中毒,我院收治30例,现报告如下。临床资料1.一般资料:本组发病前均有食野簟史,男17例、女13例,年龄3~54岁;因食量不等而中毒轻重不同;表现为肝损害型26例,胃肠炎型4例。潜伏期多存6~24小时,最短30分钟,最长40小时。分别在食野蕈后2~9日入院。2.临床表现:①均伴有程度不一的头晕、乏力;②胃肠道症状:恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻,每日大便次数最多可达20余次;③肝损害:出现黄染、肝肿大或缩小、肝区叩痛;晚期有烦躁不安、昏迷、抽搐、内脏出血、少尿、
