目前多数汽车、拖拉机使用齿轮式变速器,其锁定机构通常采用球簧式。锁定机构的作用是:当操纵机构拨动变速齿轮时,保证各齿轮准确、可靠地处于啮合位置或空挡位置,不致于出现自动脱挡或同时挂两个挡的现象。 一、拆卸时注意点 1.不要用铁鎯头直接敲击零件表面,应使用铜棒或硬木垫进行冲击。 2.当变速拨叉轴拆出一定距离时,可以用手握住,一边转动一边往外拉,要防止定位弹簧和自锁钢球高速弹出而找不着。 3.如果拨叉轴磨损超过0.15毫米,定位凹槽、钢球和互锁销等严重磨损,定位弹簧过软或折断,都应加以修复或更换新件。
