目的探讨深圳市健康成人尿中硫氰酸盐的生物限值,为诊断氰化物中毒提供参考指标。方法采用尿硫氰酸盐的吡啶—巴比妥酸分光光度测定法,对深圳市305名健康成人尿硫氰酸盐进行测定。结果不吸烟组健康成人尿中硫氰酸盐测定均值为(58.53±2.389)μmol/L,95%上限为246.4μmol/L,其中男女性经t检验,差异无统计学意义(t=0.149,P>0.05)。吸烟组均值为(145.5±1.950)μmol/L,95%上限为436.6μmol/L。吸烟组与不吸组测定结果经t检验,差异有统计学意义(t=7.28,P<0.01)。结论建议深圳市健康成人尿中硫氰酸盐生物限值上限不吸烟者为246.4μmol/L,吸烟者为436.6μmol/L。
Objective To investigate the biological limits of thiocyanate in urine of healthy adults in Shenzhen and provide a reference index for the diagnosis of cyanide poisoning. Methods The urine thiocyanate of 305 healthy adults in Shenzhen was determined by pyridine-barbituric acid spectrophotometry of urine thiocyanate. Results In the non-smoking group, urinary thiocyanate concentration was (58.53 ± 2.389) μmol / L and the upper limit of 95% was 246.4 μmol / L in healthy adults. There was no significant difference between male and female in t-test (t = 0.149, P> 0.05). The smoking group mean (145.5 ± 1.950) μmol / L, 95% upper limit of 436.6μmol / L. Smoking group and non-smoking group measured by t test, the difference was statistically significant (t = 7.28, P <0.01). Conclusions It is suggested that the upper limits of creatinine in urine of healthy adults in Shenzhen are 246.4μmol / L and 436.6μmol / L for non-smokers.
