目的 :比较不同厂家头孢噻肟钠体外抑菌效果 ,并进行费用分析。方法 :采用 Kirby- Bauer法 ,将不同厂家的头孢噻肟钠制成每片含药量 30 μg的药敏纸片 ,每株试验菌株接种 2个 M- H琼脂平皿 ,在 (36± 1)℃经 18～ 2 4小时培养后 ,测量抑菌直径。结果 :4种头孢噻肟钠体外抑菌活性 (抑菌直径 )均在国家规定标准范围内 ,抑菌直径依次为 :凯福隆 >凯帝龙 >赛福隆 >头孢赛肟钠。并对 4种头孢噻肟钠进行了药物费用分析。结论 :进口制剂优于国产制剂
OBJECTIVE: To compare the antibacterial effect of cefotaxime sodium from different manufacturers in vitro and to conduct cost analysis. Methods: Kirby-Bauer method was used to make drug susceptible sheets containing 30 μg of drug per cefotaxime sodium from different manufacturers. Two M-H agar plates were inoculated per test strain, ℃ After 18 ~ 2 4 hours after incubation, measuring the antibacterial diameter. Results: The antibacterial activities (antibacterial diameters) of four kinds of cefotaxime sodium in vitro were within the national standard. The antibacterial diameters were as follows: Kefalong> Ketilon> Sifuluonone> Cefmenoxime sodium. And four kinds of cefotaxime sodium drug cost analysis. Conclusion: Imported preparations are superior to domestic preparations
