目的探索强化会诊管理提高会诊质量与效率的方法。方法通过规范会诊医师的权限,公示会诊质控监测结果,将会诊考核纳入绩效管理,对会诊医师进行奖罚,开展会诊互评等多种方法对全院科室间会诊进行强化管理。比较强化管理前后会诊相关质量和效率指标的变化。应用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果 2016年6月和7月与2015同期的会诊相关质量和效率指标比较,全院会诊及时率显著提高,有统计学差异(P=0.000),会诊双方满意率达95%,平均住院日和术前平均住院日缩短。结论通过上述方法强化会诊管理,可以有效保障会诊双方满意度,显著提高会诊及时率,缩短平均住院日,是提升会诊质量和效率的有力手段。
Objective To explore ways to strengthen the management of consultation and improve the quality and efficiency of consultation. Methods By regulating the authority of the consultation physician, publicity of the results of the quality control and monitoring of the consultation, incorporating the assessment of the examination into the performance management, rewards and punishments to the consultation physician, mutual assessment of the consultation and other methods to strengthen the consultation among the departments of the hospital. Compare the changes of quality and efficiency indicators before and after consultation with intensive management. Application SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis. Results The rates of consultation and quality of consultation in June and July 2016 were significantly higher than those of the same period in 2015 (P = 0.000). The satisfaction rate of both sides of the consultation was 95%, the average length of stay and Preoperative average length of stay shortened. Conclusions Through the above methods to strengthen the management of consultation, which can effectively protect the satisfaction of both sides of the consultation, significantly improve the timeliness of consultation and shorten the average length of stay, which is a powerful means to improve the quality and efficiency of consultation.
