In the future, the reform of criminal law in our country should be conducive to building a harmonious society and strengthening the guarantee of human rights, and will help implement the criminal policy of combining leniency and strictures with development. This article points out that the development of criminal law should start from such issues as tightening the criminal law netting, promoting non-criminalization, perfecting crime constitution and reforming the death penalty system, and promoting the development of criminal law to meet the requirements of the times.
