为了研究挖掘机挖掘工况下斗杆、铲斗的再生回油量与挖掘力的动态平衡,以提高挖掘机工作效率,在深入分析负流量液压系统的基础上,利用AMESim仿真软件建立了斗杆、铲斗的液压回路模型,并以实际挖掘中油缸输出压力作为模拟负载验证了模型的正确性。利用仿真模型详细分析了流量再生阀弹簧刚度对回油再生量和挖掘力的影响,该方法对实际液压系统设计与参数优化有一定的实用价值。
In order to study the dynamic balance between the reclaiming oil return and the digging force of bucket and bucket in digging excavation, in order to improve the working efficiency of excavator, based on the analysis of the negative pressure hydraulic system, AMESim simulation software was used to establish the bucket Rod, bucket hydraulic circuit model, and the actual excavation of the cylinder output pressure as a simulated load to verify the correctness of the model. The simulation model is used to analyze the influence of the spring rate of the regenerative valve on the regenerative capacity and the digging force of the oil return valve. This method has certain practical value for the design and parameter optimization of the actual hydraulic system.
