目的探讨病案室绩效管理办法,提高病案管理工作效率和病案服务质量,促进科室协调发展。方法运用平衡计分卡指标评估体系,结合医院发展战略、科室发展规划、以及病案室岗位职责等,建立起适用于病案管理的量化考核评价指标。通过集体讨论,统一考核方式及权重分配,确保评价体系具有科学性、可行性、可操作性。结果实施病案室绩效管理后,病案归档及时性、首页编码正确率均有所提高,病案质量呈上升趋势,病案服务满意度从87%提高到90%以上,病案管理人员发表论文著作数量由3篇增加到6篇。结论基于平衡计分卡的量化评价指标,能够全方面地对病案管理工作情况进行测评,能够充分调动人员积极性、主动性,提升病案管理效率和质量,同时对于促进病案管理人员职业发展以及学科发展具有重要意义。?
Objective To explore the case management approach to improve the efficiency of medical records management and the quality of medical records and to promote the coordinated development of departments. Methods Using the evaluation system of Balanced Scorecard Index, combined with the hospital development strategy, departmental development plan and job responsibilities of medical record room, the quantitative evaluation indicators for medical record management are established. Through collective discussion, uniform evaluation methods and weight distribution, to ensure that the evaluation system is scientific, feasible and operational. Results After the implementation of the performance management system of medical records, the timeliness of medical records filing and the accuracy of the first page coding were all improved. The quality of medical records was on the rise. The satisfaction rate of medical records service was raised from 87% to over 90%. The number of papers published by medical record managers was increased from 3 Articles to 6 articles. Conclusion Based on the quantitative evaluation index of Balanced Scorecard, it can evaluate the medical record management work in all aspects, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff, and improve the efficiency and quality of the medical record management. At the same time, it is of great importance to promote the career development and discipline development of medical record managers It is of great significance. ?
