介绍了辐射换热预解区域法的综合总交换面积解算方程组,概要地说明了两种工程实用的计算辐射直接交换面积的选点蒙特—卡洛数值积分法和等分递推法。它们具有方法简单、计算精度良好、计算工作量小的特点。综合应用这两种算法可以用来解算复杂情况下的辐射换热问题。本文算法曾用于连续加热炉的炉膛传热计算,还可推广应用于其它工程辐射换热的分析计算。
In this paper, the comprehensive total exchange area solution equations of radiative heat transfer pre-demarcation region method are introduced, and the two practical Monte Carlo numerical integration methods and the bisector recursion method for calculating the direct radiation exchange area are illustrated. They have the advantages of simple method, good calculation precision and small calculation workload. The combined application of these two algorithms can be used to solve the problem of radiation heat transfer under complicated conditions. This algorithm has been used for continuous furnace heat transfer calculation, but also can be widely used in other engineering radiation heat transfer analysis and calculation.
