针对城市防洪规划方案比较的流域规划符合度、城市规划符合度、投资、对水环境改善程度、规划预留空间大小等5个定性指标,应用多目标系统模糊优选模型,将定性指标量化,优选出了规划方案。实例应用表明,模糊优选模型计算方法程序化,将传统方法中比选指标量化,方案比较结果直观明了,易于比选。模糊优选模型适宜于定性或定性和定量相结合的方案优选,值得在水利规划中推广。
