本文研究了在硝酸介质中,钛阻抑高碘酸钾氧化盐酸耐尔蓝A褪色这一新指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量钛的新方法。该方法的检出限为3.19×10-9g/ml,线性范围为0.4~1.2μgTi/25ml,用于人发及水中痕量钛的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, we investigated the new reaction and kinetic conditions of titanium for inhibiting the oxidation of Nile Blue A by potassium periodate in nitric acid, and established a new method for the determination of trace titanium. The detection limit of the method was 3.19 × 10-9g / ml, linear range of 0.4 ~ 1.2μgTi / 25ml, for the determination of trace amounts of titanium in human hair and water with satisfactory results.
