目的 探讨在导医服务中实施整体护理的效果.方法 在我院就医的病人2 368例,根据是否提供整体护理的导医服务分为观察组1 184例,对照组1 184例,调查就诊患者心理状态、误诊率

目的 探讨在导医服务中实施整体护理的效果.方法 在我院就医的病人2 368例,根据是否提供整体护理的导医服务分为观察组1 184例,对照组1 184例,调查就诊患者心理状态、误诊率、治愈率、合理住院率、就诊满意度等.结果 观察组患者心理状态优于对照组(P＜0.05),各项观察项目及指标观察组均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 患者的肯定和信任明显增加,同时激发了护理人员的责任感,形成良性循环,从而促进护理质量的提高,最大程度消减患者对住院的恐惧感.
