随着水下油气田开发规模的不断扩大,挠性管(Flexible Pipe)越来越多的被应用在海底油气输送管道。其机械性能良好,安装程序相比传统的金属管道(Rigid Pipe)要简单很多,并且可以重复利用。在某些情况下,应用挠性管比金属管道更为经济。本文基于非超深水,对比挠性海管与复合金属海管,说明挠性管在水下生产系统应用中的优势,为海底油气输送管道设计提供参考。
With the continuous development of underwater oil and gas fields, more and more flexible pipes are being applied to submarine oil and gas pipelines. Its mechanical properties are good and the setup procedure is much simpler and can be reused than the traditional Rigid Pipe. In some cases, flexible pipes are more economical than metal pipes. Based on non-ultra-deepwater, the paper compared the advantages of flexible pipe and composite metal pipe in the application of underwater pipe production system, and provided reference for the design of submarine oil and gas pipelines.
