用 ̄(51)Cr标记细胞株的方法,研究了白细胞介素6(IL-6)及粒-巨噬系集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)对人多发性骨髓瘤(MM)细胞株(U266、XG-7)、EB病毒阳性细胞株(Daudi)和内皮细胞间粘附的调控作用,观察了粘附作用对XG-7细胞表面粘附分子表达的影响。结果表明:①IL-6及其受体(IL-6R)gp130相关性生长因子GM-CSF不仅是人MM细胞体内、外的生长因子,而且可以提高MM细胞-内皮细胞间的粘附能力,有助于MM细胞的扩散;②粘附作用亦能引起肿瘤细胞XG-7表面CD_(11a)、CD_(54)、CD_(44)、CD_(49d)表达的异常改变;③CD_(49d)及其配体的相互作用可能参与了MM细胞与内皮细胞的粘附过程。
Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) against human multiple myeloma (MM) cell lines were studied using a (51)Cr-labeled cell line (U266). , XG-7), Epstein-Barr virus-positive cell line (Daudi) and the regulation of endothelial cell adhesion, observed the effect of adhesion on the expression of adhesion molecules on the surface of XG-7 cells. The results showed that: 1IL-6 and its receptor (IL-6R) gp130-related growth factor GM-CSF is not only a growth factor of human MM cells in vitro and in vivo, but also can improve the adhesion ability of MM cell-endothelial cells. Helps the proliferation of MM cells; 2 Adhesion can also cause abnormal changes in the expression of CD_(11a), CD_(54), CD_(44), CD_(49d) on the surface of XG-7 tumor cells; 3CD_(49d) and its Ligand interactions may be involved in the adhesion of MM cells to endothelial cells.
