目的:探讨青少年口腔正畸疗程中依从性干预的作用。方法:选取青少年Angle I类错牙合120例,均需拔除上、下颌第一前磨牙,随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组实行依从性干预措施,对照组仅实行口腔卫生教育。统计两组病例的矫治疗程,并进行比较分析。结果:观察组的治疗时间比对照组时间明显缩短,疗效确切。两组病例疗程差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青少年口腔正畸疗程的长短和依从性有明显关系,依从性越好疗程越短。
Objective: To explore the role of adherence intervention in adolescent orthodontic treatment. Methods: A total of 120 Angle I malocclusion patients were selected. All the upper and mandibular first premolar teeth were removed and randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The observation group to implement compliance interventions, the control group only oral hygiene education. Statistics of two groups of cases of treatment, and comparative analysis. Results: The observation group’s treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group, the exact effect. There was a significant difference in the course of treatment between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The duration of oral orthodontic treatment in adolescents is obviously related to the compliance. The better the compliance is, the shorter the course of treatment is.
