为提高小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线技术水平并适应网络化、信息化的发展要求,提出建立基于故障录波数据的小电流接地系统单相接地故障信息管理和决策支持系统。该系统以故障录波数据为基础,通过标准的通信协议由子站向主站上传故障录波数据,并在主站建立数据平台对数据进行统一管理。决策支持系统的第一个功能是利用粗糙集理论对数据进行深入挖掘,得到选线方法的有效域,从而改进选线技术、提高选线正确率。决策支持系统的第二个功能是自动分析选线装置的运行状况,判断输入信号是否正确。决策支持系统的第三个功能是分析电网状况,为电网接地方式的改进及线路的状态检修提供辅助决策。现场实际运行情况表明,建立故障管理信息系统是非常必要的。
In order to improve the technology of single-phase grounding fault line selection in small current grounding system and to meet the requirements of network and informationization, this paper proposes the establishment of single-phase grounding fault information management and decision support system based on fault recording data. The system based on the fault recorder data, upload the fault recorder data from the substation to the master station through the standard communication protocol, and set up the data platform on the master station to manage the data uniformly. The first function of the decision support system is to use the rough set theory to dig deeper into the data to get the effective area of the line selection method so as to improve the line selection technique and improve the accuracy of line selection. The second function of the decision support system is to automatically analyze the operation of the line selection device to determine if the input signal is correct. The third function of the decision support system is to analyze the status of the power grid, to provide auxiliary decisions for the improvement of the power grid grounding and the maintenance of the status of the line. The actual operation of the site shows that the establishment of fault management information system is very necessary.
