36例子宫内膜异位症合并不孕者,输卵管都通畅,无其它不孕原因。经LHRH-A400μg/日,治疗 6个月后,血清E_2和 P水平受到抑制,临床症状和体征迅速消失或改善。单纯药物治疗后妊娠率达53.3％。轻症、较重症的妊娠率高,重症者手术+药物治疗比单纯药物治疗妊娠率高。妊娠大多在停药半年内,孕早期易发生自然流产。LHRH-A具有药物性卵巢切除的作用,突出优点是付作用小,无肝损。早孕期应积极采取保胎措施。
36 cases of endometriosis with infertility, tubal patency, no other causes of infertility. After LHRH-A400μg / day for 6 months, serum E_2 and P levels were inhibited, and the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared or improved rapidly. After drug treatment, pregnancy rate reached 53.3%.
