我队为探明深部构造及了解矿脉延深情况,地质设计了千米钻孔,由于岩石破碎、坍塌漏失、地层促斜强度大,采用常规钻探方法,难以达到地质目的。我们设计了人工受控定向孔,开孔顶角2度;见矿靶点钻孔深度900米,顶角33度。为完成这个较深的人工定向钻孔,我们首次使用探矿工艺所研制的LZ-73连续作用造斜器,BH-75不提钻换钻头钻具(简称BH-75钻具),并匹配S75绳索取心钻具施工。
In order to ascertain the deep structure and understand the veins delamination, our team designed the geological drilling of 1000m. Due to the broken rock, the collapsing loss and the strong strata strength, the conventional drilling method is hard to achieve the geological goal. We designed a manually controlled directional hole with a perforated apex angle of 2 degrees; see the mine target drilling depth of 900 meters and the apex angle of 33 degrees. For the purpose of accomplishing this deep manual directional drilling, we first used the LZ-73 continuous whipstock developed by Prospecting Technology, the BH-75 Drillless Drill (BH-75 Drilling Tool) for the first time, and matched the S75 Coring drill construction.
